STEP 2: GET SIZED
Once you receive the link for our Virtual Tailor all you have to do is answer a few short questions and submit your sizing pictures by following the simple instructions.
When answering the questions and submitting your pictures please be as accurate as possible, the better the information we have then the better your suit will fit.
Please note that our technology does not store, keep, or save photos under any circumstances. After the photos are processed, they are instantly deleted from our servers. Freddie Hatchet is a fully GDPR and CCPA compliant company and we highly value and respect the privacy of our customers.
STEP 3: ARRANGE DELIVERY
HOME TRY ON
Want to try before you commit? You can experience our fit and quality first hand, months before the event. We would be delighted to send you the suit of your choice so you can try it on in the comfort of your own home for 48 hours—all you have to pay is shipping.
To arrange a home try on add the garments you'd like to try to the cart before applying discount code TRY4FREE when checking out. All you will be required to pay is a shipping fee of £5 which covers both delivery and return of your try on garments.
If you are unhappy about any aspect of the fit of your suit or there is something you are unsure of, a member of our experienced team will be more than happy to carry out a fit review. Fit reviews can be carried out via video call or you can submit photos for us to assess.
When you hire with us, your order is delivered 7 days before your event to give you enough time to try it on and make sure it fits just right. If we didn't get it right on the first try, request a replacement and we will send you a new size out to you for free.
Please note that with our Home Try On and Hire Service we require all customers to provide their credit card information in the off chance an order is returned late, lost, or damaged. Once your suit has been returned this information will be deleted from our payments service providers server. Further payment information can be found in our FAQ section.
MADE TO ORDER SUITS
If you are buying your suits through our made to order service please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. We would encourage all customers who are buying their suits to avail of our 'Home Try On' service as this will ensure that you can be 100% confident in how the finished garment and look and fit.
STEP 4: HAVE AN AMAZING TIME
We have to leave that one up to you, but we hope you look and feel fantastic in your choice of suit. If you want to show everyone your new look we would be delighted for you to share images of you and your event on our social media channels using #FREDDIEHATCHET
STEP 5: BOX EVERYTHING UP AND SEND IT BACK
Returns are as simple as packing your outfit in the original box and returning it with the prepaid return label. If you rent, you get a 3-day return window after your event.
If you buy, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of your delivery.
